Optimizing SEO

There are many different search engine optimization tactics people implement when optimizing their pages, but I believe that the best SEO (short for Search Engine Optimization) for your website, was done by the original bum marketer. He says you need to first write quality article than worry about search engine optimization. So when you write a good quality article (some people refer to it as content), than you come back to it to add the SEO to your page.

So this is what I have learned and I have been implementing during my article writing and content writing. First off, the best way to write any contents it to answer someone’s question. So your question right now is probably how to SEO your webpage. Well I will try to answer it the best way possible. That is what your content is! Solve Peoples Problems!

Rule number 1. Mention your selected keyword on about 500 word of text three to 4 times. Not like a spamming, but in a natural text flow. This works the best if you first write you content than add the keyword phrases to it later on. Meaning, don’t worry about SEO until your provide quality info.

Rule number 2. I always mention my main keyword phrase in the introduction text in a second or a third sentence. Never in the first!

Rule number 3. Repeat the keyword phrase through out the text 2-3 times, and mention it again in the last sentence of the text.

Why is this so important? Well there are many reasons why this is important. One is that it helps you stay on the first page of Google longer, and the second is that when your search comes up on the first page of Google, you are optimized for it. Google Cache (little text under the title of your page) displays the keywords your are optimizing for. This provides Google Search engine with a little more information about your sites

So in your article (content page) your article title needs to contain the main keyword phrase, the second or the third sentence of the first paragraph. Mention the keyword phrase 2-3 times through out the text and than mention it one more time in the last sentence. This is the optimization of the one page for your site. If this is your site or a blog, make sure you use social bookmarker bookmark your page! It is very important to do so to climb higher in Search Engine Rankings!

Once your site is published, you can also check your keyword density at many different sites such as http://www.webconfs.com as this it is very easy to use. Just type in the url of your page and that is it. Keep your keyword density below 5%.

In the next part we are going to talk about link building techniques as they are another important part in SEOing your website for your selected keyword phrases. The goal of your site needs to be to get as many people to your site as possible. But you also need to build backlinks to it. In the next part I explain how to do this.
